Irony: The Reason it Hurts So Bad

On this beautiful Easter morning we decided to take a walk to our favorite coffee shop. I was snapping pictures of blossoming trees, little children searching for Easter eggs, and beautiful birds humming, until I came across this sign in front of Taco Bell next to their trash can. 

My morning exhilaration faded in a muted anger directed at businesses that continue to advertise their antibiotic and steroid drenched meat with the term "quality". Quality of what? The monosodium glutamate? The growth hormones? The antiseptic additives?

I hope your Easter morning is celebrated with family and delicious, nourishing food that comes from local farmers who care about your family's health and well-being.
